All images taken are copyright of Francesca Fuga Photography and can be published on the website and social media and/or be used as advertising material, in photographic competitions and exhibitions. The digital images included in your package give you shared copyright: you can print and share them. The deposit of $500 is due upon booking and is NON refundable. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date. Should delays cause Francesca to work for additional time to what has been previously agreed, each additional hour or part thereof will be charged $395. In the unlikely event that due to unforeseen circumstances Francesca Allen of Francesca Fuga Photography is unable to attend your wedding and perform as a photographer, the responsibility and liability of the photographer is limited to the return of all payments received. By booking Francesca Fuga Photography you agree to these terms and conditions.
